Shipping Information:

Most in-stock items are processed and shipped on the same business day, in some instances (particularly late afternoon orders)they will go out the following day. Weekend orders will be processed on the next normal working day. We do our best to update our website with accurate product availability.

The cut off time for Next Day orders is around 3:00 PM EST. Orders placed later than 3:00 p.m. may not go out until the following day. Keep in mind orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m. will not go out until Monday.

We choose the most economical method to ship your package. Packages are sent either USPS of FedEx Ground/Home Delivery depending on best possible rates. Tracking numbers are emailed for all methods. Transit time is between 2-10 days with this method.

*Military addresses will automatically show $10 for this method. Your order will be sent via USPS. Please use USPS First Class or Priority Mail Method for more control.

FedEx Ground Home Delivery

Package is sent insured by FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. Our preferred standard option. Packages arrive typically within 1-6 business days depending on location.

USPS First Class or Priority Mail

Packages are sent by the United States Postal Service. If your package is under 13 oz. it will be sent First Class, anything over 13 oz. will be sent Priority. These rates vary depending on location and can save money in some cases. It is also a very quick method, generally 2-5 days, but is not guaranteed.

2nd Day Air

Packages are sent by FedEx 2 Day Air. Order must be placed prior to 3 pm Eastern to ensure 2nd Day delivery.

In Store Pickup - Local Residents

For our local residents only. Products may be purchased online and picked up in the store at your convenience. Please allow 1 hour for us to pick your order, so that it is ready when you arrive. You may call when you arrive and we will bring the package out to your car.

Flat Rate and Free Shipping apply only to orders within the Continental US. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders are subject to increased shipping costs. Please contact us, and we will work out the most reasonable rate possible. Free shipping orders will be sent by carrier/service of our choice including, but not limited to ground, priority mail, and parcel post. Please allow 2-10 days for delivery.

Regarding Re-routed Shipments

PLEASE BE AWARE: Make sure to have the correct shipping address, rerouting a shipment that has gone to the wrong address or undeliverable address will result in a $10 charge. Alternately the items may be shipped back to barefoot-eco for a refund minus the shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
