Returns & Refunds

Returns will be accepted for 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in re-sellable condition. Free shipping items will only be shipped free again if you received an item by error. If you purchase an item and decide after receiving it that you want a different color, we will be happy to replace it, but the shipping will be your responsibility both ways (actual shipping charges, flat rates do not apply).

We do not accept returns on open supplements or food items. In some cases the manufacturer may offer a money back guarantee, we can help you with these items. If a past date item was shipped to you by mistake, or you feel there is a defect with the product, please don't hesitate to contact us for return authorization.

Important: Call or email for authorization before returning any item.

Restocking Fees - Please Read

A 10% restocking fee may be applied to returns for refund. Exchange items will not be subject to this fee, unless it is past the 30 day period.

Regarding Re-routed Shipments

PLEASE BE AWARE: Make sure to have the correct shipping address, rerouting a shipment that has gone to the wrong address or undeliverable address will result in a $10 charge. Alternately the items may be shipped back to barefoot-eco for a refund minus the shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
