Shipping Information:

Most in-stock items are processed and shipped on the same business day, in some instances (particularly late afternoon orders)they will go out the following day. Weekend orders will be processed on the next normal working day. We do our best to update our website with accurate product availability.

The cut off time for Next Day orders is around 3:00 PM EST. Orders placed later than 3:00 p.m. may not go out until the following day. Keep in mind orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m. will not go out until Monday. We recommend $10 Flat Rate Priority in this case since it will still reach you by approximately Tuesday or Wednesday and will cost you much less.

Breakdown of Shipping Methods

Ground

Ships DHL Ground same day for orders placed by 3:30 pm Eastern Time. Price determined by weight, packages are shipped insured and take anywhere between 1-6 business days depending on the distance. The closer you are to Indiana the shorter your shipping time. Available within the continental US only at this time. Hawaii, Alaska, and West Coast customers should consider 2-3 Day Priority for a quick and inexpensive shipping method.

We put this option first because we prefer it. All orders are automatically insured for up to $100, and the delivery time is more consistent. We have found DHL to be a very good carrier, with excellent customer service.

$5 Flat Rate Standard

Our most economical shipping method. Items will be shipped either by US Mail or DHL Ground depending on the best possible rate. Shipment time can range from 2-10 business days. In most cases shipments arrive in the 2-4 business day range. Orders are shipped either the same day or next business day.

This rate will automatically show $10 if you are shipping outside the continental US, your order will be sent via USPS in this case.

$10 Flat Rate Priority

A reliable and quick shipping method. Packages are sent either US Priority Mail or DHL. We will select the fastest method between the two carriers. These packages often make it out the same day even for orders placed up to 5:00 Eastern Time. Delivery time is not guaranteed with this method. We will not use First Class or Parcel Post for this method.

DHL 2nd Day Air

Check this method out, currently we are able to offer some really good rates on this option!

Guaranteed 2 Day Air Delivery by DHL. Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will make it out the same day. You will receive your package in 2 business days (some rural areas may incur a slight delivery delay).

Next Day Air

Call, we will get your order and give you your next day rate before we process your payment, no problem. Your package will be sent via DHL overnight. Available for orders placed by 3:30 pm Eastern Time.

Special*

This option stands for special circumstances. It is used for items with free shipping as well as orders that will have shipping costs added later such as International and Next Day Shipping. It tallies up at $0.00, but shipping charges will be added later. Please correspond by email or in the notes section of your order when using this option to let us know what service you're looking for. If it is simply a free shipping item, just select Special and rest assured you will incur no shipping charges.

Flat Rate and Free Shipping apply only to orders within the Continental US. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders are subject to increased shipping costs. Please contact us, and we will work out the most reasonable rate possible.
